National Programs
The LAZ Charitable Foundation’s grantmaking program is rooted in our belief that lasting impact happens when people and purpose come together. Each year, the Foundation proudly supports more than 200 nonprofit organizations, aligning our giving with both trusted national partners—including Habitat for Humanity, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Feeding America, and Ten by Three—and meaningful regional initiatives. In addition to our national focus areas, we invest locally in the communities where LAZ families live and work, supporting organizations they are passionate about and that create real, measurable change at the neighborhood level. Through this balanced approach, the LAZ Charitable Foundation helps strengthen communities, address critical needs, and put people first—locally, nationally, and globally.
International Programs
The LAZ Charitable Foundation’s international outreach reflects our commitment to creating sustainable, life-changing impact across the globe. Each year, the Foundation supports efforts in more than 10 countries, focusing on long-standing, trusted partnerships where resources can make the greatest difference. A cornerstone of this work is our national partner, Ten by Three, which empowers women in underserved communities by providing prosperity wages through the sale of their handcrafted products in the United States. In 2025 alone, more than 10,000 people were impacted through LAZ Charitable–supported initiatives that delivered meals, clothing, medical resources, and critical infrastructure projects, improving health, stability, and opportunity in communities around the world.
Employee Programs
The LAZ Charitable Foundation Employee Assistance Program exists to support our people when they need it most. In accordance with the Foundation’s bylaws, LAZ Charitable is able to provide direct assistance to employees when a state of emergency has been declared, ensuring access to essential needs such as food, clothing, and shelter during times of crisis. This program has helped LAZ team members recover and rebuild following hurricanes, flooding, the Los Angeles fires, and other national disasters. By standing alongside our employees in their most difficult moments, the Foundation reinforces our commitment to putting people first especially when it matters most.
