Employee Program

The LAZ Charitable Foundation Employee Assistance Program exists to support our people when they need it most. In accordance with the Foundation’s bylaws, LAZ Charitable is able to provide direct assistance to employees when a state of emergency has been declared, ensuring access to essential needs such as food, clothing, and shelter during times of crisis. This program has helped LAZ team members recover and rebuild following hurricanes, flooding, the Los Angeles fires, and other national disasters. By standing alongside our employees in their most difficult moments, the Foundation reinforces our commitment to putting people first especially when it matters most.
